If you think that there is no love lost between President Donald Trump and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe you would not be far wrong. Attorney General Jeff Sessions terminated the Deputy Director with prejudice upon the recommendation of an FBI peer review group. The actions of Mr. McCabe and his questionable behavior in the Hillary Clinton email case, as well as the Steele dossier, have resulted in his dismissal.
It did not take long for President Trump to get on Twitter and let his feelings be known. It was definitely a Presidential smack-down of epic proportions and came from his bully pulpit. Then the President turned his attention to McCabe’s former boss, James Comey. Read all about that here.
